These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of this website, operated by MNR Drive LLC ("MNR Drive," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

This site lets you browse our vehicles, check availability, and apply to rent a vehicle or to join our fleet as a co-host or investor. It is information and an application tool only. Nothing on this site is a rental contract. A rental happens only when MNR Drive approves your application and you and MNR Drive both sign a written rental agreement.

2. Rental agreement controls the rental

Your rental is governed by the rental agreement you sign. If these Terms and a signed rental agreement ever conflict about a rental, the rental agreement controls. Rates, fees, deposits, mileage, geographic limits, late-payment consequences, and other rental terms are set out in that agreement.

3. Eligibility

To apply to rent you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and meet any other requirements we state on the application. We serve drivers in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee approval. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, within the law.

4. Your application

When you apply, you agree that:

• All information and documents you submit are true, accurate, complete, and belong to you.
• You are authorizing us to review them, to verify them with the relevant third parties (such as your gig platform or insurer), and to contact you about your application.
• Submitting false or altered documents is grounds for immediate rejection and may be reported where the law permits.
• Submitting an application does not reserve a vehicle or guarantee that a vehicle will be available.

5. Availability, pricing, and site information

Vehicle availability, photos, and prices shown on the site are updated regularly but may be out of date at any given moment. Vehicle photos are for illustration, and the exact vehicle you receive is the one named in your agreement. We may change prices, vehicles, or requirements at any time before an agreement is signed. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that the site is free of errors.

6. No earnings guarantee

MNR Drive rents vehicles. We do not employ you, we do not operate or control any gig platform, and we make no promise or estimate of how much you will earn. Your income depends on you, your platform, your market, and your hours. You are responsible for your own platform account, platform approval, insurance requirements, taxes, and compliance with platform rules.

7. Co-host and investor inquiries

The co-host page and form are for starting a conversation only. Submitting one is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or investment, and it creates no partnership, employment, or obligation for either side. Any arrangement would be set out in a separate written agreement. We make no promise of income or return. Consider getting your own legal, tax, and financial advice before entering any arrangement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to submit information about someone else without their permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
• Interfere with, attack, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or submit applications in bulk
• Upload files that contain viruses or harmful code

9. Communications

By submitting an application, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your application and rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop receiving texts, though we may still need to contact you about an active rental.

10. Electronic signatures and records

You agree that rental agreements and related documents may be signed and delivered electronically, and that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one, as permitted by law.

11. Intellectual property

The MNR Drive name, logo, site design, and content belong to MNR Drive LLC or its licensors. You may view the site for your personal use in connection with a rental or inquiry. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our name, logo, or content for other purposes without written permission.

12. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example Google). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing here limits any warranty or right that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MNR Drive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost income, lost opportunities, or lost data. This does not affect the liability terms of any rental agreement you sign, and does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. A signed rental agreement may contain its own dispute terms for the rental.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
