Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026
MNR Drive LLC ("MNR Drive," "we," "us") rents economy vehicles to gig drivers in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have. By using this website or applying to rent from us, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
When you apply to rent a vehicle, you give us:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- A photo of your driver's license
- A screenshot of your active gig-app account (for example Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash)
- A screenshot of your recent payouts
- Your insurance information and any notes you choose to add
- The vehicle you are interested in, if you applied from a vehicle page
When you sign a rental agreement, we collect the details in the agreement, your electronic signature, and the date and time you signed.
When you apply as a co-host or investor, we collect your name, email, phone number, location, the kind of interest you have, details and optional photos of any vehicle you describe, and your notes.
When you visit the site, standard technical information is collected automatically, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location based on your IP address. See "Cookies and advertising" below.
While you rent a vehicle, the vehicle may be equipped with a GPS tracking device. It reports the vehicle's location, movement, and driving data (such as speed and trip history). See section 3.
2. How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether to approve a rental
- To verify your identity, license, and gig-driver status
- To prepare and manage your rental agreement, payments, and vehicle assignment
- To contact you about your application, rental, or account
- To protect our vehicles and enforce the terms of your rental agreement
- To respond to co-host and investor inquiries
- To operate, secure, and improve this website and measure the performance of our advertising
- To comply with the law
3. Vehicle tracking and remote disable
Our vehicles may include GPS tracking and a remote starter-disable device. We use tracking to locate the vehicle, confirm it stays within the permitted area (DC, Maryland, and Virginia), recover it if it is lost, stolen, or not returned, and respond to accidents or safety concerns. If you do not follow the terms of your rental agreement, for example by missing a payment, we may disable the vehicle's ability to start, consistent with that agreement. These terms are also described in your rental agreement. Tracking data is tied to the vehicle, and we may associate it with the driver renting it at the time.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as Google (website hosting, data storage, file storage, and notifications through Firebase) and our vehicle tracking provider.
- Insurance providers, repair shops, and payment processors when needed to handle a claim, a repair, or a payment related to your rental.
- Legal and safety purposes, such as responding to a court order, a lawful request from law enforcement, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MNR Drive, our drivers, or others. This includes sharing vehicle location with police if a vehicle is stolen or not returned.
- Business transfers if MNR Drive is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
5. Cookies and advertising
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. We may use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure whether our ads lead to applications. These tools may collect information such as the pages you visited and the ad you clicked. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. How long we keep information
We keep application and rental records for as long as needed to manage your rental, resolve disputes, meet legal and tax requirements, and protect our business. Applications that are not approved are kept for a limited period and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information (see section 8), subject to records we are legally required or reasonably need to keep.
7. How we protect information
Uploaded documents and application data are stored with a reputable cloud provider, and access is limited to authorized MNR Drive staff who sign in. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please share only what we ask for and contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and will verify your identity first. Virginia residents may have additional rights under Virginia law, and we will honor valid requests as the law requires. You can also opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email. We do not currently send marketing messages beyond what relates to your application or rental.
9. Children
Our services are for adults who are at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will post a notice on this site.
